Regular rate is applicable to all work performed during overtime or double-overtime hours when previously scheduled appointment is established. Minimum 48 hours advance notice required to qualify for regular rate during overtime periods. Statutory holidays are excluded from this rate reduction exclusion.
Telephone Consultation/Service
Telephone consultation, service or assistance excluding remote system control modem operations may be billable at the rate of $1.50 per minute or portion thereof, plus applicable taxes and any toll charges. Minimum billing for telephone consultation is $15.00. When a phone conversation is to be treated as billable client will be informed of this fact in advance allowing them the opportunity to continue, or end the call, as they feel appropriate.
Daily Rate Structure
Half day (4 hours) consultation and system analysis. By appointment only. $450.00
Full day (8 hours) consultation and system analysis. By appointment only. $800.00
Contract Rate Structure
Contract rates and terms established prior to commencement of work. Any work which is not contracted in advance will have hourly or daily rates apply. Minimum four (4) hours applicable to any contract work.
Terms
Net COD Labour, hardware, software and contract purchases.
Net 10 Labour on pre-approved customer account only.
Advance payment or deposit may be required in some circumstances. Terms other than Net COD are not available for Hardware or Software purchases. Cash, approved company/personal cheques accepted for payment on all purchases. Leasing terms are available OAC through third party financial company on Hardware purchases. CVCS does not accept credit or debit cards.
Other Information
On-site hourly, daily, contract, telephone and travel rates are for time and services of one CVCS employee.
Travel time is charged at standalone system rate in effect at time. Travel time applicable to and from customer site when travel time exceeds 20 minutes total both ways, during overtime periods, or when responding to emergency service request.
Minimum One (1.0) hour billing for onsite hourly labour rates during regular rate periods. Minimum Two (2.0) hour billing for onsite hourly labour rates during overtime or double overtime rate periods plus traveltime.
Service is billed in 15 minute increments or any portion thereof exceeding minimum billing period. Guaranteed response time on service contracts defined as time of initial contact to arrival at client site excluding travel time. Definition of initial contact is when CVCS service personnel returns service request phone call. Applicable taxes are not included in any rate or quotations and are additional.
For complete telephone support services we recommend client have a high speed internet connection with a compatible remote control software package. Client remains responsible for any applicable toll charges.
